Who Are Xi-Amaru Native Americans?

Recognition as a Xi-Amaru Native American is the formal national relationship between a person and the Republic.

Short answer

Xi-Amaru Native Americans are the citizens of the Xi-Amaru Republic. A person begins with an eligibility review, either the Tribal Screening Process or the ARK Eligibility Process, receives temporary national status for 14 months if eligible, and then completes the Citizenship Procedure administered by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice. Completion brings formal recognition as a Xi-Amaru Native American.

Key term
Xi-Amaru Native American

A citizen of the Xi-Amaru Republic: a person who has completed the eligibility and citizenship procedures administered by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice and is formally recognized in the national records.

What recognition confirms

  • the person’s identity within the Xi-Amaru Republic
  • their inclusion in the nation’s governance system
  • their national administrative recognition

The nation decides its own membership

Indigenous nations hold the authority to set their own membership and eligibility criteria. The Republic exercises that authority through its governance and administrative systems.

What the declarations say about membership
“Indigenous peoples have the right to determine their own identity or membership in accordance with their customs and traditions. This does not impair the right of indigenous individuals to obtain citizenship of the States in which they live.”
“Indigenous individuals and communities have the right to belong to one or more indigenous peoples…”

How the process works

Two pathways

Tribal Screening Process. For people with Indigenous lineage connected to the peoples of North, Central or South America, including those whose ancestry was misclassified or disconnected, and for spouses of active Xi-Amaru Native Americans.

ARK Eligibility Process. ARK stands for Assembly for the Remnant of the Kingdom. It is for Christian individuals and families seeking national standing through faith-based alignment. Indigenous lineage is not required.

The steps

  1. Eligibility review through the pathway that fits, reviewed by the Ministry under the nation’s own standards.
  2. Temporary national status for 14 months for those found eligible.
  3. Citizenship Procedure, including documentation and registration in the national records.
  4. Formal recognition as a Xi-Amaru Native American.

Citizenship is more than ancestry. The Republic emphasizes faith, family structure, moral conduct, community participation and intentional living, grounded in Christian principles and Indigenous restoration.
