What Is the ARK? The Assembly for the Remnant of the Kingdom

The Republic's pathway for Christian individuals and families: a place of safety and protective national standing, with no Indigenous lineage required.

Short answer

The ARK, the Assembly for the Remnant of the Kingdom, is the Xi-Amaru Republic’s pathway for Christian individuals and families seeking protective national status. It does not require Indigenous lineage. ARK Eligibility is the first step; a positive determination grants temporary national status for 14 months, during which the person may complete the Citizenship Procedure.

Key term
ARK

Assembly for the Remnant of the Kingdom: a place of safety and protective national standing for believers within the Xi-Amaru Republic.

Who the ARK is for

The Republic is an Indigenous autonomous self-governing nation grounded in Christian principles. The ARK reflects that foundation. It is for Christian individuals and families whose faith, values and alignment bring them to the nation, whether or not they have Indigenous lineage.

People who have Indigenous lineage connected to the Americas have a second pathway, Tribal Screening, which may be the more appropriate first step for them. Both pathways lead to the same Citizenship Procedure.

The two-step pathway

StepWhat happens
Step 1: ARK EligibilityThe Aboriginal Ministry of Justice reviews eligibility. A positive determination grants temporary national status.
14-month windowTemporary national status is valid for 14 months from the Step 1 determination. Status can be checked in the Ministry’s national registry.
Step 2: Citizenship ProcedureThe formal administrative process through which eligible nationals obtain full citizenship. Citizenship is not automatic; each applicant is reviewed individually.

Why an Indigenous nation can set its own pathways

Deciding who belongs is part of self-government. The declarations recognize that Indigenous peoples determine their own membership according to their own customs and traditions.

What the declaration says
“Indigenous peoples have the right to determine their own identity or membership in accordance with their customs and traditions. This does not impair the right of indigenous individuals to obtain citizenship of the States in which they live.”
