Founding Mother and Chief
Chief Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears established the Xi-Amaru Republic on December 17, 2022, in Houston, Texas, through a written, signed and notarized Declaration of Independence. The Ministry describes the founding as answering a calling to restore lawful Indigenous standing, build governmental institutions, and create a protected national home for Xi-Amaru Native Americans and those called into covenant with the Kingdom.
The Aboriginal Ministry of Justice was established alongside the Republic as its official administrative authority. As its administrative head, the Chief leads the body that carries out citizenship procedures, issues official national records, oversees legal and jurisdictional matters, and administers public services on behalf of nationals and citizens.
“This nation exists because God called it into existence. Every citizen, every record, every service we administer is part of restoring what was always ours.”
