Joining the Xi-Amaru Republic takes two steps, both administered by the Aboriginal Ministry of Justice. Step 1 is Tribal Screening, for people with Indigenous lineage connected to the Americas, or ARK Eligibility, for Christian individuals and families. A positive determination grants temporary national status for 14 months. Step 2 is the Citizenship Procedure, which leads to full citizenship.

Step 1
Start at Verification
Every application begins on the Ministry's Verification page. It confirms your eligibility, checks that you have no open removal record, and directs you to the pathway that fits you. Each person applies separately.
Tribal Screening For individuals and families with Indigenous lineage connected to the Americas, through parents, grandparents or ancestry, and for those married to an active Xi-Amaru Republic citizen. Start Tribal Screening → ARK Eligibility The Assembly for the Remnant of the Kingdom, for Christian individuals and families. No Indigenous lineage required. After Step 1
Hold temporary national status
A positive determination grants temporary national status, valid for 14 months. Use that window to complete Step 2. You can check your status and remaining time in the national registry at any point.
-
Step 2
Complete the Citizenship Procedure
The formal administrative process through which nationals obtain full citizenship. Citizenship is not automatic: each applicant is reviewed individually by the Ministry. You must hold active temporary national status to begin.
-
Result
Citizen of the Xi-Amaru Republic
Recognition as a Xi-Amaru Native American under the Republic's jurisdiction, inclusion in official national records, your Tribal Member ID, and access to citizen services. Your U.S. citizenship is unchanged.
Which pathway is right for me?
| Tribal Screening | ARK Eligibility | |
|---|---|---|
| Who it is for | Individuals and families with Indigenous lineage connected to North, Central or South America, or whose parents or grandparents were born in the Americas | Christian individuals and families |
| Indigenous lineage | Yes, reviewed by the Ministry | Not required |
| Result | Temporary national status for 14 months, then eligibility for the Citizenship Procedure | |
If you have Indigenous lineage connected to the Americas, Tribal Screening is usually the right pathway. Read How to Trace Indigenous Ancestry When the Records Are Wrong if your family’s records are incomplete, and What Is the ARK? for the ARK pathway.
What citizenship means
Citizenship in the Xi-Amaru Republic is a formal legal and civic relationship with the nation. It is political and jurisdictional in nature, not symbolic. Citizens are recognized under Indigenous jurisdiction, included in official national records, and have access to citizen services, credentials such as the Tribal Member ID, and national governance, including voting in tribal government meetings.
Joining does not end your U.S. citizenship. The Republic, known within United States territory as Amexum, operates cooperatively alongside U.S. jurisdiction; see Tribal Citizenship and U.S. Citizenship.
