An Indian country that was established by Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears (at the time named Nnakina Xi-Amaru) on December 17, 2022, situated on the continent of North America, characterized by its own government, legal system, and distinct cultural identity. It operates in accordance with the principles of self-determination, autonomy, and the protection of Indigenous rights, ensuring the preservation and advancement of its people’s heritage and sovereignty.
Who we are
The Xi-Amaru people are rebuilding from denationalization. The nation is regaining its functionality, and much of the present work restores what was interrupted: its institutions, records and procedures. Our way as Indigenous people is our own, and it makes us no less native to the Americas.
We are grateful for the work member states have done where our people live, and for the work of other Indigenous nations. This site exists to show who the Xi-Amaru are and to help people understand the Republic’s jurisdiction.

How the nation is structured
The Xi-Amaru Republic is the governing authority, led by its Chief, Chief Nnakina Xi-Amaru Fears.
